My mom and I are starting our own Seva at home! Seva means service. In Sikhism, seva refers to selfless service for altruistic purposes on behalf of, and for the betterment of a Community. My mom created a Fundraiser to help her complete a spiritual and life changing event for herself in Colorado. She decided why not start at home? Here we go!
Wanna join us! No problem it can be done ANYWHERE. Here is the Shoshoni’s Seva Program, where my mom will be attending.

What I will do first thing in the morning is feed Stella then do my meditation/yoga with mom. She has a wonderful blog on how she is going to do it and has wonderful suggestions.
Also during our time we will be mostly going vegetarian. If we do have meats it will be either local or organic. So this wil be our Grocery List.
